I was talking with another fitness professional this morning that lit a spark for this blog post.
Is a coach an expense? Many people who reach out to me for help often have the same replies about expenses, and a coach being expensive monthly. Which it COULD be. The thing is, what do you prioritize? If you add up lashes every 3 weeks ($60), Nail fills every 3-4 weeks ($50-70), the newest iPhone every 8-12 months ($1000+), sure, a coach is pretty expensive on top of that. But when you buy a home or stocks, or pay your tuition for school, do you justify why you shouldn’t do it or go because of the money? Not really. It is an INVESTMENT! Having a coach is investing in yourself, your health, and your future. A coach is here to teach you valuable skills and give you tools/feedback to be able to live your best life, really. We don’t want you to pay us for 5+ years for services. I mean, it would be great, but the point is that I want to give you the tools to be able to succeed on your own. To teach you healthy and long-lasting habits to be able to be your fit for life. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on coaches and trainers, and I don’t regret a penny. Every one of them has taught me something so valuable and has taught me so much. I’ve grown as an individual, athlete and coach because of them.
It is crazy that we live in a generation that focuses so much on the now and the materialistic things in life that we can’t take a minute to think about how we are going to invest in ourselves for our future self. A coach is there for you 24/7. I don’t just give you something and leave you be. I am by your side every step of the way, every fuck up, every victory, EVERYTHING! I take pride in my ability to respond quickly and to be of help at any time of the day. I am your accountability and your person. I will be there for you when everyone else questions why you are watching what you eat or why you are going to the gym more. I am your biggest fan and your biggest supporter.
You can always reach out to me if you have ANY questions about coaching, or making something work with your budget and lifestyle!
Happy Hump Day!
