Ingredients:

  • 60 grams Vanilla Ice Cream Quattro
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 55 grams chocolate chips
  • 100 grams coconut flour
  • 50 grams melted coconut oil
  • 110 ML Creamy Cashew milk, unsweetened
  • 5-6 drops Stevia
  • You could use lemon extract and fruity hoops as an alternative* I haven’t tried but it would be just as good!

 

Directions:

  1. Add all of the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add in wet ingredients.
  3. Stir all together except for chocolate chips. I used my hands after a bit because it was a little crumby at first.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. I used a small ice cream scoop to divide the balls.
  6. The recipe makes 365 grams, and each ball yielded to 15grams per ball.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes!
