Ingredients:
- 60 grams Vanilla Ice Cream Quattro
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 55 grams chocolate chips
- 100 grams coconut flour
- 50 grams melted coconut oil
- 110 ML Creamy Cashew milk, unsweetened
- 5-6 drops Stevia
- You could use lemon extract and fruity hoops as an alternative* I haven’t tried but it would be just as good!
Directions:
- Add all of the dry ingredients together.
- Add in wet ingredients.
- Stir all together except for chocolate chips. I used my hands after a bit because it was a little crumby at first.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- I used a small ice cream scoop to divide the balls.
- The recipe makes 365 grams, and each ball yielded to 15grams per ball.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes!
